The customer orders the selected registration pass via the electronic registration form. Any person who electronically orders at least one festival option, fills in the required information and sends it is considered a customer of the order. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). Costs when paying by credit card are shown at checkout and increased by the amount of the bank commission 3.8%
The registrations for the festival are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific option/s. The registration is considered ordered when the registrant chooses and confirms the payment method.
Ordered festival registrations are paid online with one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

This service is made possible by Monri Payment System and UniCredit Bank, which performs processing, and billing. Monri Payment System keeps all your data strictly confidential. After each successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation of the completed payment by email, by which you are registering for the selected festival options as part of the Dance studio Aster membership.

Please be aware that after paying and completing your registrations, we will not be able to refund your money under any circumstance. We will, however, in case of special circumstances allow using your registration for the next edition of Sarajevo Tango Festival or you may try to offer your pass to someone else who has not registered already, as long as you inform us about it.
